Technologies
Redi R&D has a number of advanced manufacturing technologies at our disposal to help you produce the parts you need.
Large Format FDM
FDM (fused deposition modeling) is one of the lowest cost and most accessible forms of additive manufacturing, which also provides a wide variety of material properties. At Redi R&D, we use our custom high performance array of FDM 3D printers to produce parts up to 1 Meter and in any material from ABS to PEEK. High precision resin
DLP resin 3D printing is a technology that allows for highly detailed and smooth surface finish components via curing UV resin inside of the machine. Resin is also a thermoset material, meaning that it is possible to achieve very high heat deflection temperatures along with other unique material properties.

Powder Bed fusion
Powder bed fusion technologies function by precisely fusing together polymer or metal powders to create a final part. At Redi R&D, we work with both nylon SLS and metal SLM technologies. Our powder bed fusion systems allow for extremely detailed and strong parts to be produced quickly.
Our recently developed metal SLM technology allows us to work with materials such as 316L stainless, Inconel 718, and even ABD 900 super alloys.

Machining Services
We offer machining services in a variety of metals and plastics. With 3 and 5 axis equipment available, we can produce almost any part that you can design. We have no minimum order quantity, so individual prototypes or one off components are no issue.
